
Apple Snickerdoodle Cobblers

Our Snickerdoodle Creme Pies are transformed into a delicious cobbler that perfect for a week night dessert idea, or as a dessert for gathering with friends and family. Makes up to 10 Servings
Ingredients:
1 Carton Little Debbie Snickerdoodle Creme Pies
1/2 Cup Butter, melted
1 Can Apple Filling
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon Sugar
Caramel Topping, optional topping
Vanilla Ice Cream, optional topping
Supplies:
Mini Pie Pans
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375F and spray baking dishes, lightly, with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cookie crumbles and butter.
- Place small amounts of the cookie mixture across the bottom of the baking dishes.
- Sprinkle the dough with at least one teaspoons of cinnamon sugar.
- Spread apple pie filling over the bottom layer and add remaining cookie mixture across the top of the filling.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Checking to make sure the cookie mixture is firm.
- Top with ice cream and caramel topping, plus additional cinnamon sugar!
