Get Groovy with Fudge Brownies!

March 24th, 2020

They’ve been around for over 50 years and there’s a good reason why! Soft and chewy, Little Debbie® Fudge Brownies are perfect for satisfying any chocolate craving. Chopped walnuts sprinkled on top add a bit of crunch with a salty balance to the sweet fudge icing. With a split down the middle, these perfectly portioned treats are meant for sharing with a friend!

But, even though they are perfect for road trips, movie nights or lunch boxes, they are also ideal for indulgent, no-bake desserts!

Like our Fudge Brownie Fruit Bites! They are playful, fruity and perfect for an after-school or weekend treat with the kids. They are mini bites of deliciousness! You and your kids will enjoy the fresh fruit slices and light cream cheese on top of our Fudge Brownies. You can find the recipe here.

Our most classic recipe yet, Fudge Brownies Trifles are perfect for sharing with friends and family on a special occasion. Layered with creamy whipped topping, fresh fruits and our scrumptious Fudge Brownies, it looks as good as it tastes! Check out the recipe here!

Over the decades, our packaging has changed with the times, too. Check out our mini timeline with package highlights to see how we got where we are today. And, be sure to look for our current packaging on shelves.

1969

Even though this classic treat was introduced before 1969, our retro packaging is still pretty groovy!

1971

The King himself was a fan of fudge brownies! Yep, Elvis Presley was a self-proclaimed brownie fan and for good reason.

1985

Notice anything different? Our classic Little Debbie logo changed in the 80s and this packaging is documented proof.

1997

The late 90s were prime for these yummy treats and also for a more major packaging redesign. Still, their taste never changed and they remained as scrumptious as ever!

2007

We are clear to launch! Did you know Fudge Brownies once went to space? That’s right! On June 8, 2007, these delightful treats were launched into space aboard Space Shuttle Atlantis. Traveling at more than 17,500 miles an hour, they were a sweet treat among the stars for a few astronauts!

Current

Today, our current packaging features a logo update that you see in the stores today, plus still has the classic gingham print in the background. Be sure to check out our Find Location page to find a box near you!
